I am a Web Designer. This is my account is  8 years old. Now I come back on upwork for freelancing the previous 1 year. I achieve Two Jobs Only, I apply many proposals now. No reply on my proposal, I think my proposal is not showing to the client. Is my account is inactive?

Your account is active and your proposals are being shown to to clients. But Upwork is a very different place now compared to years ago. Much more competitive. So you need to up your game significantly to still compete with all the other freelancers.
