Is the milestone released on day 14 or on day 15?

Hi,

I've been on Upwork for 3.5 years, and feel a bit stupid asking this question, as I was certain funds are released after 14 days, but I submitted a milestone 14 days ago, and it says 14 days on my records. I haven't pressed the resubmit button since, of course, but the funds have not released. So, do they release on Day 15?

I haven't had a client disappear for a while, over a year, so I can't remember if it's on Day 14 or Day 15.

Released after 14 days.

If I recall correctly from my own experience, the release happens during the transition between day 14 and 15.
