Is the top rated perk to remove feed-back accumulative?

By that I mean, if after 6 months and 20 jobs you have not used your perk to remove a feed-back, do you then get 2 perks to remove 2 feed-backs, then 3 after 9 months, etc? Or is it only one perk you can have at a time?

It's only one at a time. (If that weren't the case, I'd personally be able to screw up more than 30 contracts in a row at this point, and suffer no consequences.)

It's only one, and once you use it, you can't use it again for 3 months and 10 contracts.

These 10 contracts must have started after the date of previous usage of the perk or they can be old contracts that are just closed now? In other words we need
A. 10 contracts that are simply ended after date x (date of previous usage of the perk)

B. 10 contracts that started AND ended after date x

or

C. 10 contracts that simply started after date x (I think this is the less likely)?

Thanks

That is the time when there is an opportunity to close the contracts that have been abandoned (just left open with our without being finished) by the clients.
