I have tried unsuccessfully for a way to get in touch by phone or to file a ticket for at least 20 minutes. 


I need to resolve an issue with my account.

The "Get Help" button keeps disappearing on my browser.  It's there one second but when I try to click on it, it disappears. I can't submit a ticket cause I can't even make it that far. Is anyone else having this issue? 

Why is it so difficult to get assistance?

Hi Dahila,

In order to open a client account follow this steps: 

  1. Click the Accounts menu and choose Settings.
  2. Click the Create a company link at the bottom of the settings list on the left.
  3. Choose Create a client company.

I'm stuck in a very annoying bug loop on your website! I'm required to verify my email and when I click on the link in the email I get redirected to the following message:


"This email verification link has expired or is incorrect.

We have sent a new verification link to

Use this new link to verify your email address."


Despite the fact that I immediately click again and again on the link in the ever increasing number of verification emails in my inbox, it always displays the same message!

Even more annoying is the fact that when I land on your Support page in about 5 seconds I am again redirected to my profile for no apparent reason. Therefore I cant even register a ticket the normal way! Rest assured I tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer) and the same happens on all of them. Check your site for bugs, it’s ridiculous!
