Is there a way to block a client from sending messages

I've told a prospective client that I didn't want to work on their project, but they keep sending invitations to bid and offers and mesages. Is there a way to block people so I don't have to hear from them any more?

When you decline an invitation, there should be a checkbox that says "Block this client from sending me further invitations."

......... and, in messages, you can click on the unwelcome client and block him

The client might give you less stars for communication if there is not feedback yet. If he/she has left a feedback it remains.
