You can select which notification is it you would not want to receive by going to Settings>Notification Settings>Under Contracts uncheck a Timelog is ready for review. Once unchecked it should automatically save the changes.

Yes. There are a lot of options to disable, but none specifies this type of emails.
How about typing the word "email" on the space at the right side of your profile page? Are you able to see the gray box, Viacheslav?
It is possible that this may not work for ALL Upwork emails, it seems. It is like recognizing that there are local as well as universal laws.
