Please know that freelancers aren’t allowed to have multiple accounts as this is a serious violation of Upwork's Terms of Service.

I restored your old account as per your request, but you should close the new account you created to stay in compliance with Upwork's Terms of Service.

Thank you for a quick reply.

I closed the new account, but now I am not able to log in at all. The
system does not recognize my email or the old username when I am trying to
log in. Could you please advise how to proceed from here?
