Is there an auto response option or authorized 3rd party software to instantly respond chat?

Hey, quick question. Is there a way to setup instantaneous automated responses to certain clients? Because I have a project that requires to answer in seconds consistently.

Hi Jose,

It's possible to set up automatic responder (Out of Office Responder) in Messages Settings. You can find more information here. It's not possible to only set it up for some rooms, however. It'll be used in all your message rooms.
