I am a new member from Hungarian. For me it is still not clear when I accept an hourly based offer from Germany how can I bill after my hours ? I assume I can' use escrew contract?

For hourly contracts, you will need to download the Upwork Time Tracker App to log your hours while working. All time logged in your Work Diary, whether tracked or added as manual time, is automatically invoiced to your client.
