I've been working for a number of years here. Yesterday I found out that now there's no way to actually raise a ticket to be answered by a human being, and live chat is gone. So there's no real support dynamic -I'm not counting the forum, as one expects to receive support from Upwork as a company.
Is there any particular reason for this? Are these features gone forever?
You should still be able to see the option to send a ticket on the right side of this page. Since you are a Top Rated freelancer you will also see options to chat with an agent and contact phone support.
It's weird though. Now it's showing up but a couple of minutes ago I only had acces to three items: follow system status, community discussion, and 'read tips on how to become successfull' or something to that effect.
Now it displays all the options. Maybe it was a temporal thing?
