I applied to a job offer in my area of expertise. The client have set $40 as a budget, but since many clients write an amount just to publish the job offer I though that it was one of those cases and the client didn't seem to have much knowledge about this type of job. So, I applied with an estimate cost (which is totally set accordingly with this industry and with the job description) and at my cover letter I asked more informations so I could be able to give a final quotation. The client answed, making fun of me.
That's is simply unnecessary and disrespectful to someone who is investing time writting a proposal to find new projects to put food on the table and I totally don't want to talk with this person again. Is there any way to block him?

I was looking for this but I had no idea if we could block someone. I never needed to do it until now. Thank you so much.
