Is there any way to check my profile eligibility for rising talent badge?

Hello everyone, 

I just want to say that how can i check is my profile eligible for rising talent badge? 

As i have completed my profile 100% and passed Upwork readiness test but didn't get. 

Would anyone guide?

I have already done what upwork says for eligibility but didn't get it yet. Is the badge awarded to everyone who completes the given instructions?

and one more question please... I am not sure if i am eligible as i have completed only one project (30$).. Can u plz guide?
