Is there anything wrong with my profile?

Can anyone please guide me that what's wrong with my account?

1. I have completed a job yesterday, but still, it is not visible in my profile's Job Completed section.

2. My other client has ended the contract today, but that is still showing in my profile's In  Progress section.

3. JSS is 90%, but Top Rated eligible weeks are not get updated this Monday.

3. They only update every 2 weeks, not last Sunday. See 1.
