Is this Email from Upwork a Scam? **Edited**

I've just recieved a reminder from **Edited for community guidelines** on Upwork. But, it's asking me to update my account information and to use the link provided in the email. I ignored the first email, because asking users to click links through an email (and a suspect email as well) is sketchy. But she has reached out again. I've logged into my Upwork account and there is no notification there, nor can I see what needs updating.

Can I suggest that upwork include instructions on how to do these updates
within my account? Then I don't need to click on any suspicious links
within an email!
