Is this legal or should I report it?

Hello community,

I just came accross a job posting that specifically means the hourly rate is 2$ - "We will pay on an hourly basis: $2 per hour".

Since that is not possible on an hourly contract they just created a Fixed Price job that asks for 40 work hours a week and pays 160$ every two weeks.

Is this a way to go around the system (min. 3$/hr) or is this illegal and I should report it?

I would flag it, mabye as 'asking for free work'. Once the $160 is reached, they would need to start another job listing. Greedy client, a shame if anyone applies for this.

They will probably just create a new 160$ milestone for 2 weeks later, Kim, they don't exactly need to create a new job listing.

Anyways, I will flag it, thank you Kim and Vesna Smiley Happy

Yes, report it.

Don't correct my grammar!
