I'm new to Upwork and found an editing gig. Basically, I got my first message that says "I just reviewed your profile on Upwork, It meets the requirement we seek in the ideal candidate for this position, am sharing a project invitation with you below via OneDrive." Then the link takes me to a OneDrive PDF that has instructions to interview via skype, with the director's email that I should add to skype.
I read through the safety tips and forums here, and I see that many freelancers prefer skype as a safe contact method...But there are a few too many punctuation and formatting errors on the OneDrive document. Maybe that's why they need an editor.
Either way, it feels weird. Any thoughts?
