Issue coming when I big for any project

Hi My profile is 100% complete. But still when I try to bid for the project it is showing this error "You must complete your profile before you can submit a proposal."

Please let me know why this error being coming

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue. There are no limitations on your account so you should have no problems submitting proposals. Could you please check and let us know if you still need help with this?

I just checked, and it looks like you were notified to get your profile to 100%. Please complete your profile by checking out the options provided in the help article that Andrea shared with you.

You don't need a 100% complete profile in order to submit proposals. I followed with our team and you should be all set now. Could you please check if you can submit proposals now?
