Issue editing employment history

I am trying to edit the employment history of my profile. No matter what changes or additions I make, the save button remains disabled. 

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Found the issue - the city field was empty.

I'd like to recommend having the "City" placeholder text color be lighter and/or add a clear required validation message to the entry form.
