Issue facing after 13 Weeks of Top Rated Eligibilty

Hello! I want to tell you that I've completed my 13 weeks of Top Rated Eligibility but still didn't get any update about being Top Rated. I have 100% JSS, 100% Profile Completeness and 1K+ earning. Can you please guide me about the issue I'm having?

I've attached a screenshot as a proof that I've completed 13 weeks successfully.

It can take 24 to 48 hours to update.
