Issue in opening Messages

Hi,

I'm not able to open messages over desktop but able to open it on my android device.

I waited 15 to 20 mints but not getting all messages to display.

In Internet Explorer when I open Upwork then it is stop working and not responding.

Before I proceed, I wanted to check if clearing your cache and cookies resolves the issue?

Over Ubuntu it is working but not on chrome over windows 7 OS. 

I will remove cache and cookies first.
