Hi Team,

i just want to know that how i can get the badge of rising talent. I read some fact to got the badge here but confused because one of a freelancer whom i know get the rising talent badge without any working project. Is it possible? if yes then how?

 Yes, it is "possible" but once contracts have been completed and didn't go as well as they could have, a RT badge is no longer possible.

 I think it's done when the skill set is underrepresented on upwork.
