Issue with Certificate of Earnings

I have an issue with my certificate of earnings-- my earnings are not displaying correctly for each timeframe. I had earnings of $0 until my first contract started in September 2021. My certificate of earnings is displaying earnings for January and July, which would not be possible since my contract started in September. How can I get this resolved? It is important for tax purposes, having earnings displayed this way looks like I made money, but did not pay estimated taxes for that time. 

Please help!

The certificate of earnings is not usable for this, you need to download your transaction history and take it from there.
