Issue with Chargeback and Upwork fees

Hello. Hoping everyone is doing fine

A client Chargeback me on an Hourly contract after disputing and when disputing they checked my working hours m 14:40 while the Disputing ended and my activity level was High the Client hit with a Chargeback  Upwork asked for all the amount 513 $ while I Received 412 $ - Upwork fees and funny thing even with my high-level working hours as painter and time Tracker is always open Upwork will not protect my work ( as I didn't add memos for every 500 strokes of paint ) and closing the eyes of how hard I worked, anyway i. gave the proof of work and what client needs to send them to the bank.

all my work is gone as I was working on a fixed price wish is frustrating, and now after being Fraud by the Client I will pay for fees too  

please help if you know what can i. do
