Dear Upwork Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well. After successfully completing the ID verification process, I noticed that all my billing methods, payment methods, and profiles that I had previously added have disappeared from my account.
When I try to add a new payment method, I encounter an error stating that the name on my account and the name on the bank are not the same. However, I have verified that both names are identical.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and restoring my payment methods and profiles? Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.
