I hope you're doing well. I am encountering an issue when trying to purchase Connects. Each time I attempt to make a purchase, I receive the following error message:
"Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again. If this issue keeps happening, contact customer support."
I have already tried several solutions, including refreshing the page, clearing my browser cache, and attempting the purchase from different browsers and devices, but the issue persists.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this matter? I would appreciate your prompt support.
