Hi everyone,
Today I have encountered an issue that didn't happen to me before. Even if my client left me a 5stars review followed by a positive comment for the work I've done (I can see his review in the contract's terms & settings section), it shows on my profile 'No feedback given'.
I know that usually it takes a while to update the info, but normally the job wouldn't be listed at all until this update would take place.
Did this thing happen to anyone before? Is it just a matter of time or do I have to contact Upwork support? Thank you in advance!
