I can't upload my portfolio. The process doesn't start from the beginning. The submit button didn't show up. What can I do?

Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you’re able to enter the "Project Title"? Once you do, you should see the "Go to Select Template" button on the right side.
