Issue with the Upwork Plus monthly renewal system, I did not receive my connects.

Hello Upwork support,

I urgently need help. My monthly renewal for the Upwork Plus plan has not been processed even though the renewal date has passed. I have not received any connects, which is delaying the visibility of my profile. Please help me resolve this issue. I have attached photos.
