Issue with tracking app

Hello Upwork,

 

I started tracking on the app at the beginning of my shift and by the close of my shift for the day, it had not documented any of my work (Despite it taking screenshots). My employer was nice enough to allow me add my hours manually. However, I was hoping upwork would look into this.

Try shutting down the app completly then opening it again.  When I've done this it has synced with the work diary and uploaded the screen shots.

I tried doing this but it did not upload and sync. The app remained frozen from when I turned it on at the beginning of my shift till I closed. I have screenshots of the error but I cannot post it publicly.
