Issues logging into Upwork's time app

I downloaded the time keeping app on my MAC and I'm having issues logging into my account.Do I need another account?

Hi Daniel,

You should be able to log in with your existing freealncer account. Could you, please refer to this help article for troubleshooting tips and let us know if you still experience issues after applying them?
