Hi team,
Since last week (my first one at Upwork) I am having issues in "verifying" the payment method.
I am a freelancer contracted by Upwork for the Enterprise team, and signed the contract by my personal email **edited for Community Guidelines** , in the same user I am trying to verify my bank account.
Last week, I introduced my bank personal information (account + routing number) and as was confused with instructions, I used all the "oportunities for verification" and got blocked for continue trying.
Days after this, I received in my bank account the little amounts of payment, but still can not verify it in my profile.
Can you please help me? Perhaps "reseting" this option in my profile?
