Issuing a refund with insufficient balance?

Hi, 

How do I go about requesting to get the funds sent from my Paypal? I read in another forum you can do that, but I didn't see how. I am trying to refund a client their money so we can end our contract, and I don't have the sufficient amount on my freelancing profile to do so.
