That is rather unusual, it is usually only 5 days. Are you sure it has been in Pending for a week? (Rather than in Review and then in Pending?)

Please go to your Pending Tab

There should be a date in the left hand column next to the description. That is the date your payment will become available to withdraw.

If there is no date and it just says "Pending" in that left hand column, then there is an issue with the client's payment method.

when i hover on the pending .. it says "This timesheet was approved and is
now in the standard security hold period.". what does that mean?

It means you can withdraw on Wednesday.

Hi Jyothi,

I checked your account and can see that you are referring to the payments for your recently closed hourly contract. Your earnings are processed according to the Weekly Billing Cycle, and once it is processed, it will be available to be withdrawn to your payment method. In this case, the hours that you have logged during the work week of October 28 to November 3 will be available on November 13, Wednesday.
