Italian VAT and Billing Method

Hi, I am an Italian VAT register to VIES but you write me my VAT number is invalid, Furthermore if I clck in Settings to add billing methods or on other menu voices the result is always the page to change my password. Is it a bug of the tool?

Is your VAT showing as verified in the VIES database but is not on Upwork? If yes let me know and our team will assist you further. Thank you.

The VAT is inserted in Upwork, but not valid (email of this night). I can't use the menu Settings because every click takes me on the Password Page, and i have to complete my payment data.

If I click on Billing Methods, Tax Information, Get Paid etc I always go to this page in the screenshot.
