Italian freelance with no VAT - Taxes and invoicing

Dear Upwork Team,I am an Italian freelance with no VAT and I would like to have some information about how to deal with the taxes aspect.What do I need to do in order to be in line with the Italian tax system (income below € 5.000 per year)?
