Items added to portfolio still showing under review sign, its been well over 3 days

I complete a job about a week ago and got a pretty nice review on my profile, to be clear it was my first job and we all know how much the first job is important when newly starting on Upwork. 
So I submitted for a portfolio that same day but haven't gotten any response from the Upwork as in to publish it. it's been 5 days since it's still under review.

Kindly help would be appreciated

I just checked your profile and was able to view your portfolio item under the Portfolio section and also under your contract.
Please log out > clear your cache and cookies > log in again. Thank you.
