Hi there,

How can I end the contract that was already completed and yet still in progress without affecting my job score? Besides, ending by the client.

You can manually close it from your My Jobs page, but it's always best to allow the client to be the one to close it.

As long as you've earned something, it won't affect your JSS in any way. That only happens if you have inactive contracts with no earnings.

Did your private feedback (clients who would recommend you) go down? You closed the contract, did the client leave feedback?

I meant that leaving it open would have no effect.

But as Miriam pointed out, what does affect JSS (a great deal) is the client's private feedback.
