I went from 99 to 96 after five contracts ended with no feedback as part of last week's mess. I also have two other open contracts with clients who disappeared into thin air, so I guess things are about to get worse. Four of the contracts closed last week were long term ones with the same client, so no, long-term jobs don't have a nice effect on the JS score to counterbalance the lack of feedback.
Six contracts were closed without feeback, JS raised from 98% to 100%. So it is not as dramatically as I've thought when the contracts were closed, although I believe the activity in the past two weeks has a positive influence (new clients, restart of long term contract with occasional work).
