JSS 71%. 7 jobs 2 in progress, How can I improve Jss? or Is it time to leave?

Hello Upwork Experts, 

I have recently started my freelancing career on Upwork. I have done 7 jobs. 2 in progress, and 5 closed. 2 five star feedback 3 no feedback given, JSS is only 71%. Is it calculated right?

How can I improve or Is it time to leave?

You have 2 jobs in progress so don't leave until you complete those and get paid, and let the client close the job so they leave feedback because your JSS won't improve if the client doesn't leave feedback. And use all the connects you have for jobs you are confident you will complete successfully. After doing all that, if nobody hires you, then think about leaving.
