JSS Dropped

Hello everyone! Currently, I have 4 completed contracts, and after that, my JSS (Job Success Score) became visible to the public, which is currently at 36%. However, I don't understand why, as out of the 3 contracts, I have 5-star ratings, and only 1 contract has just one star, and I've already mentioned here about the unfairness of this client's rating. Anyway, I've tried to continue making proposals or at least receiving some, but I haven't had any success, even after lowering my price or even getting the Upwork plan, it's tough. What do you guys think I can do to improve this?
