JSS Impact? - No activity for weeks on ongoing hourly contract

Hello!

I have an ongoing hourly contract with a client. The project has expanded beyond the initial job description, and now the client asks for my help with ongoing maintenance.

But the issue is that there are long periods of 3-4 weeks, where the client has no requirements. This means that my billing for those weeks on that contract is 0.

I don't really have any problem with the arrangement, but does this affect my JSS in any way? - and if it does, then what's a good way of managing such contracts?
