JSS Score vs Public feedback or stars

Hello,

Am I correct that private feedback will determine your JSS score.

Let's say a client will give me 5 stars but their private feedback to me is not good it means it is bad for my JSS?

Additional questions I saw a few freelancers who do have only 2 completed jobs but there were able to reach the Top Rated status.

Hi Jeffrey,

Yes, Job Success Scores reflect a wide range of factors such as public and private feedback, long-term contracts, and repeat ones. You can monitor your Job Success Score on your My Stats page. In order to get a Job Success Score, you need to complete:

Projects with 2 (or more) different clients
4 (or more) different contracts within 24 months
