JSS + Size of Projects

I was just curious, does a 5 star rating for a $15 job have equal impact on your JSS as a 5 star rating on a $250 job, etc.  Same for low ratings?

Just curious as I have completed many 5 star jobs in the last few weeks but my JSS has remained at 92% for six weeks or so.

 The 2 star contract was in August, that can't have helped. It takes many good contracts to even out a bad one, unless you're under 50% in which case it works the other way round. That is how percentages work mathematically.

You're top rated. Why don't you use your perk unless you have used it in the last 3 months and 10 contracts?

Yes, I have already used it (on a 4-star review.... when I first became top rated and I didn't realize you could only remove once every 3 months) and won't be able to use it again to remove the 2-star review until September 1st. Hopefully once that is removed my JSS will improve again as that's the only low feedback I have had lately. Thanks!

However,  my question was does the budget of a product impact the effect the rating has on your JSS. For example, if the 2-star review was on a $500 contract vs. the $50 contract, would it have had a greater effect on my JSS or are they all averaged in the same?

 There is something in the help docs that longer term contracts have more impact (for better or for worse) than short ones, but I am not sure if that directly corelates to $ value. It didn't initially but the JSS calculation has been tweaked since it was invented.

It only updates ever 2 weeks, next one is on Sunday, so you might see it go up then.
