Is the client unhappy with your work? Why is he/she canceling the project? Depending on why and how the client canceled the contract it may have no effect or a negative effect. If the canceled contract has a significant effect on your JSS you can use your top rated perk to have the impact removed from your JSS provided you have not used it during the last 3 months and 10 contracts.

In virtually all cases zero earnings contracts do negatively affect the JSS.

Only use that feedback removal perk if the hit to your JSS is major.

If not you may want to consider reserving the perk for worse cases that might happen in the future.

That's "polite speak" for "client hated the work"

So yes, there will be an impact on your JSS.

Wait until Sunday to see how much of an affect the contract has. If it is a significant effect on your JSS you can use your top rated perk to have the impact removed from your JSS provided you have not used it during the last 3 months and 10 contracts.

Where a client ends a contract without paying any money, he is prompted to give
private feedback (and only private feedback).

So yes, you have private feedback on that contract.

In this case, SHOULD you decide to use the feedback removal perk, it will
take out the client's private feedback from your JSS calculation.

Refer to the link Petra gave for steps on how to request for feedback
removal.
