1) It's too long ago, public feedback can no longer be changed and the private feedback, which has a huge influence on your JSS, can never be changed anyway.
2) No, only if there was no payment AND no feedback, or you have a significant percentage of such contracts.
3) All you can do is really concentrate on underpromising and overdelivering on every single future contract. You likely have a few not so great private feedbacks as well...
