Job Success Score disappeared in my profile. I have 39 completed contracts. Over 3 different clients for the last 24 months as described at https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211068358-My-Job-Success-Score.
I had asked this question twice during last 2 weeks and Upwork's support simply ignored it.
Could someone explain why JSS was disappeared in a moment?

You only have four contracts with feedback in the past two years, which is the maximum window used to calculate JSS.
Either that is not enough to calculate a current JSS or your JSS dropped below 50% (which is not displayed) because you have six no feedback contracts and only two with 5-star feedback and two int eh 4s in the past two years,

I had 96% JSS a month ago. Then it just disappeared.

More than 90% of freelancers have a score after 5 projects.
Since not all projects and clients are equal, the length of time will vary.
Nearly all freelancers have scores after completing eight projects.
The projects need to be with at least three different clients and take place within a 24-month period.
Any thoughts how many exactly feedbacks should be for the last 24 months?
The quotation above only explains from 5 to 8 projects and 3 different clients.

How did your JSS come back ? What were the explanations of Upwork ?

I've got a few feedbacks from customers and JSS appeared again.
No explanations from Upwork were done.
