Several days ago, I saw that my JSS dropped from 100% to 96% and because I had a lot of contracts in the past two months, I started looking for bad reviews(3.5 stars). Found only one and asked for it to be removed.
Both the public and private feedbacks were removed and today I log in and my JSS is 92%. I look through my contracts to clean off two unresponsive clients. I end one of the contracts and now my JSS has dropped to 90%.
I can't understand this. Why is my JSS dropping?
