My JSS score just dropped from 90 to 52. On my latest project, both the client and I agreed to cancel the contract as the project was ultimately not feasible. This morning, the client canceled the project and left negative feedback. I then explained to the client that the project was not achievable by any freelancer, as the platform they wanted to use had specific restrictions.
After further discussion, the client appreciated the hard work I put in and understood that the project wasn't doable. Now, the client wants to change the feedback. Is there any way to edit the private feedback? Thank you.
