JSS rating has been at 100% for more than 16 weeks

Can anyone help me? My JSS rating has been at 100% for more than 16 weeks and I still don't have the top statue, how can I get it?!

 You don't have 12 month earnings of over $ 1000.

Hm, and I just got rewarded with yet another 1% drop of JSS desipite 95% recommended score since forever and repeat clients actualy increasing since the last measurment. 

How on earth does those stats yield a 100% JSS?

95% of my completed jobs got a 5-star review, that's how I got this JSS

 No, they did not. Try 85ish % and stars are only a little part of things.

The reason why people wonder is because your private feedback percentage is so poor on low 70s.
