My JSS was 100%. A client hired me and end the contract next day due to some price confusion. After that my JSS reduced to 91%. Can you help me what actually happened? Even I did not start working on that project and it is not in my job history.

It counts as an unsuccessful project. There is no public feedback , but the client will have left private feedback when closing the contract.

You should never accept a contract until the details are agreed on. There should never be "price confusion" AFTER  you accepted a contract.

"Nothing paid" contracts with no, or poor (private) feedback significantly hit your JSS.
